Living in the Maryhill and Hilltopper Heights Apartments
The Maryhill Apartments were constructed in 1996 and house 172 residents. They are named after Maryhill College, an all-women’s college that was previously part of St. Edward's University. Hilltopper Heights was constructed in 1999 and houses 174 residents.
The Maryhill and Hilltopper Heights Apartments provide a unique opportunity for students to create their own space by offering the feel of independent off-campus living with all the amenities of living on campus. Because these apartments are unfurnished, residents have the opportunity to show their style by furnishing and decorating their apartments as they please.

The Maryhill and Hilltopper Heights Apartments are supported by live-in Resident Assistants (RAs) and a Residence Director. If you have questions or need assistance while living in this community, please feel free to contact St. Edward's Residence Life.
Apartment Electricity Notice
All apartment residents are required to establish an account with the City of Austin for electricity and clean community service. One resident in each apartment will be responsible for setting up service with the city and paying the electric bill. This service is not included in the housing rate.
