Reservation Packages
GOLD Package - University Circle (concrete)
- Reserved 10' x 20' space, tailgate registration
- 2 tables and 4 chairs rental, trash receptacle
- $100 reservation fee
NAVY Package - Open Tailgating Location (designated lawn area by Lewis-Chen Soccer Field)
- Open tailgating location, tailgate registration
- 1 table and 2 chairs rental, trash receptacle
- $25 reservation fee
Please read these important notes:
- Tents are not included in the reservation packages. If you wish to use a tent, please plan to bring your own tent with weights or sandbags. Staking into grass areas are not allowed.
- Registrations are limited to one choice of Gold Package or Navy Package per transaction.
- This reservation system is not for vendors or persons wishing to sell goods of any kind.
- Prior to reserving your tailgate spot, you must read and agree to the St. Edward's University Tailgating Guidelines.
- Each tailgate spot is required to designate a person as the "on-site" contact. On-site contacts will be the main point of contact for Homecoming event staff and must provide a valid cell phone number.
- On-site contacts are responsible for taking their tent’s trash and recycling to the dumpster.
- Additional tailgating logistical information will be distributed closer to the event date.
Refund policy:
- You will receive a 100% refund of your tailgating registration if you request cancellation by 8 a.m. Central Time on Friday, Oct. 18, 2024.
- You will receive a 50% refund of your tailgating registration if you request cancellation by 8 a.m. Central Time on Friday, Oct. 25, 2024.
- There are no refunds after 8 a.m. Central Time on Friday, Oct. 25, 2024.
