Make the Most of Your Parent & Family Orientation Experience

Parent & Family Orientation is an opportunity for you to learn more about the St. Edward’s experience. It is the shared responsibility of students, faculty, staff, family and friends to make a student’s educational journey successful. We invite you to partner with us in supporting your student.

This fall, we’re excited to have all students — both incoming and current Hilltoppers — physically on campus for a new academic year that will feel much closer to normal than the previous one! We look forward to meeting your student in person this summer.

Pandemic circumstances have required us to plan carefully for upcoming events that involve community gatherings. This includes our Orientation program. To ensure the health and safety of every member of our campus community, we’re offering a 1-day, socially distanced, in-person Orientation experience for our incoming students. New students will be allowed to bring family members or guests to Orientation with them. Students will register their family members or guests via the Hillstart task on myHilltop. Guests should be 18 years or older or accompanied by a parent.

Please review the Healthy Hilltop guidelines our campus community is following to safeguard our wellbeing as we monitor the pandemic throughout the year.
