Fit-150 Fit-150 is a competition in which participants must complete a minimum of 150 minutes of physical activity per week with a maximum of 30 minutes per day for 1 month. Minutes can be earned by using the Fitness Center, Gym Courts, attending Fitness Classes, outdoor workouts and more! The event objective will be to adhere to the weekly minute amounts for the duration of the program. The 30 day period will start at the beginning of September, October, November, February, March and April. If the participant completes the 150 minutes each week throughout the month, they will receive recognition/prizes as follows:
Complete all 4 weeks: 4 entries into our prize raffle, Name added to our Fit-150 Champs poster for the month/posted on the RecWell Instagram Account
Complete 3 weeks: 3 entries into our prize raffle
Complete 2 weeks: 2 entries into our prize raffle

Fill out the calendar after every workout (Max 30 mins each day)
Return calendar to the RAC equipment desk From Monday, September 2, 2024 7:00 AM to Wednesday, April 30, 2025 11:45 PM CDT at Gyms/Outside.
