Crafting Connections: Alcohol Policies and People Join Munday Library and the Kozmetsky Center of Excellence for Crafting Connections: Alcohol Policies and People. Wednesday, September 11, 7:00pm-8:30pm in the North Reading Room.   We will have lobbyists and distributors from the wine, beer, and spirits industry in house (in addition to some elected officials) to discuss the complicated regulations around alcohol in Texas.
