Add a Global Understanding Certificate to Your Credentials

The Global Understanding Certificate allows you to increase your understanding of global processes and document your learnings.

The Global Understanding Certificate is a valuable credential that complements any major and career path. Increased political, social and economic globalization is expanding the demand for professionals who bring an astute global perspective to the workplace.

To graduate with a Global Understanding Certificate, you’ll complete a series of five general education courses in which you learn, practice and demonstrate competence in global politics, global economics and cultural elements in a global world. In addition, you’ll develop intercultural communication and foreign language skills and have global experiences at St. Edward’s University and abroad.
